Tom is an ACSM Certified Health Fitness Specialist and a Seattle Pacific University graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science.  Before joining the Kaufman team, Tom interned at The Dale Turner Family YMCA in Shoreline.  Other work related experiences include a year-long research study on the relationship between core strength and low-back pain, and a life-long background of athleticism.
