Dr. Cambry Rattay

Dr. Cambry Rattay

Dr. Rattay grew up in Mason City, a small town in northern Iowa with a population of 27,000 people. Growing up in a small town has taught Dr. Rattay the value of relationships and community. During high school, Dr. Rattay was involved in dance team, cheerleading, soccer and orchestra. She graduated with honors from Mason City High School in 2012.

In 2016, Dr. Rattay graduated from the University of Iowa with a bachelor’s degree in Health and Human Physiology with an emphasis in Health Studies. She always knew that she wanted to pursue a career in healthcare after witnessing the lives her father affected as an Orthopedic Surgeon. After looking into nursing and occupational therapy, she decided to shadow her relative who was a chiropractor. She realized her passion was to help others through natural wellness and preventative care. Seeing firsthand that chiropractic was the best vessel for achieving this goal, she enrolled at Palmer College of Chiropractic.

During her time at Palmer she became proficient in techniques such as manual adjusting, instrument assisted adjusting (arthrostim and activator), motion palpation, Thompson, Gonstead, Webster’s and postural therapeutic exercises. Dr. Rattay strongly believes there is a chiropractic approach to fit everyone including pregnant women, babies, children, adults, athletes and elderly. She graduated with her Doctorate of Chiropractic in 2021.

Dr. Rattay focuses on improving the function of the nervous system, restoring spinal range of motion, rebuilding spinal structure and decreasing pain. Services Dr. Rattay offers include in depth health and chiropractic examination, spinal adjusting, cervical and lumbar decompression and therapeutic exercises.

Outside of her practice, Dr. Rattay is busy exploring her new home state of Washington. She enjoys being outdoors, traveling, reading a good book or watching the trendiest shows and believe it or not actually loves the gloomy weather! However, most of all she enjoys simply spending time with her friends and family.

“The small town feeling of Monroe reminds me of home and brings me that comfort even though I am across the country. I am excited to be able to serve and grow roots is this hardworking community!”
