Allie was born and raised in Bothell, Washington. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Seattle Pacific University and believes that everyone can benefit from regular exercise and healthy eating. Allie formerly worked in physical therapy before joining Kaufman Chiropractic, helping to rehab clients of all ages and with a variety of injuries. On her days away from the clinic, Allie enjoys personal training with clients, collaborating on and developing new research studies with her alma mater and former professor, and spending time with her family.
